Enjoy the gentle 20 minute walk along the scenic coastal path to the bustle of St Ives and then return to the your own private coastal retreat.

The master bedroom has a large picture window which overlooks the bay.
King size 4-poster oak bed with high quality white linen and pure silk bedspread, chest of drawers, bedside units, dress mirror, ipod docking system and BOSE bluetooth speaker system.
The second bedroom has 2 single teak beds, cupboard, bedside unit and lamp, teak chest of drawers, teak free-standing wash basin unit with shaver point. Large windows look out onto the decked sun terrace. ipod docking system.
Fully-equipped kitchen. Bosch oven, electric hob, extractor hood, Dualit toaster, Dualit coffee machine, cafetiere, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of storage. Dining area with a large teak table and chairs.
The light-filled, contemporary living area has French doors opening onto the balcony terrace with truly magnificent views across the bay. Spacious living area with 2 upholstered sofas (one is a sofa bed), large coffee table, chairs and settle with linen storage for the sofabed. There is a wall mounted HDTV and DVD. A selection of books and magazines are provided for you during your stay with a selection of toys, puzzles and books for younger children.

Private garden on the seaward side and at the front with a collection of mature flowering shrubs and tropical planting. The plot enjoys an elevated position overlooking the bay and we have created a whole series of spaces, terraces and decks as well as the balcony from which to take full advantage of the position of the sun at different times throughout the day and to enjoy the stunnung panaramic views across the bay and out to Godrevy Lighthouse. The planting is both sensory and vibrant with acacia and olive trees, agapathus, cistus, lavendar etc with staggered flowering throughout the seasons to enhance your experience of the garden.

Shoreline is on a wonderful elevated position overlooking St Ives Bay with views from the master bedroom and living area out to sea with Godrevy lighthouse in the distance.
Shoreline is situated on a quiet residential road "Pannier Lane" with no parking restrictions. There is off-street parking for 1 car, and guests can also park outside the property.
Shoreline's location provides easy access even during busy times to the surrounding area and makes an ideal touring base.
St Ives is a 20 minute walk away along the beautiful coastal path, and there is a short walk (10 minutes) down to Carbis Bay beach.
There is a Tesco store very nearby (2 minutes in car, 8-10 minutes on foot). If you would like to arrange a delivery prior to your arrival-

Shoreline is a great holiday retreat for families.
We have several families who have been returning year after year.
The large elevated, private well stocked garden with a wide range of flowering and architectural plants and trees is very popular with all of our guests- providing spaces for al fresco dining, as well as tucked away decked areas and terraces for relaxing in the sun with the sound of the waves crashing below in the bay.

Take the A30 and follow signs to St Ives. On the approach to the main hill leading down into St Ives there is a roundabout with a Tesco store. Take the first turning on the right before this roundabout. This is Pannier Lane. Shoreline is on the seaward side just past the first bend in the road past a large pine tree on your left. There are sage green gates outside the property.

Shoreline is available from 1600 on the day of arrival to 10 am the day of departure. Weekly breaks usually run from Saturday to Saturday.
We provide a "meet and greet" service and also have a key box if preferred.
