KEYS

Key collection will be arranged with you prior to your arrival. We provide a "meet and greet" service.

We also have key boxes at each property.

 

CAR PARKING (SHORELINE ONLY)

The drive has parking for 1 car.

There are no parking restrictions outside the property and you will usually be able to park on the road outside.

 

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

A damage deposit of £100 is payable.

This will be refunded to you promptly once no damage has been confirmed at the end of your stay.

On your departure please leave the property in a clean and tidy state

 

LINEN & TOWELS

All bed linen is supplied

A set of cotton towels are provided for your stay. Beach towels are not provided.

 

ELECTRICITY & HEATING are included

 

HEALTH & SAFETY:

All appliances are regularly serviced. Smoke detectors and Co2 detectors are fitted.

There is a fire extinguisher in the kitchen. A first aid box is also provided.

VAT

Where appropriate VAT is included within the charges

No Pets

No smoking

The property is managed by Beachstay directly. Should you experience any problems or require help during your stay we are based within the area and will usually be available to assist you or provide assistance.

 

HOLIDAY CANCELLATION

In the unfortunate event that you are unable to make your holiday, we will endeavour to re-book your stay with other customers. Should we be successful with this we will refund the balance to you less any costs which we have incurred.

Cancellation insurance is the responsibility of the tenant.

Cancellations must firstly be advised by telephone to Beachstay, followed by written confirmation within 7 days.

Beachstay will use their best endeavours to secure another booking on the property for the same term and if possible for the same charge but reserve the right to negotiate a charge. Beachstay shall not be liable at the suit of any hirer of accommodation on the grounds that Beachstay have not used their best en­deavour or for any other reason.

 

CHANGING A  BOOKING

The dates of a booking may be changed within the same calendar year if available and if agreed by Beachstay.

 

THE TENANCY

The tenancy confers upon the tenants the right to occupancy for a holiday within the meaning of schedule 1, paragraph 9 of the Housing Act 1988.

 

THE TENANT AGREES

(a) To keep and leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy state, returning all furniture to the place in which it was found on entry. A cleaning service is not provided during the tenancy.

(b) To pay for any breakages or damages

(c) Not to do anything to make void or voidable any policy of insurance.

(d) Not to cause a nuisance to neighbours

(e) To allow the owner or his agents reasonable access. Although Beachstay does not wish to disturb your holiday, we do reserve the right to enter the property during your stay should a need arise.

(f) To leave the accommodation in such a state and condition that it is suitable for occupation for another hirer. If this is not the case he/she will be liable for the hire charges as shown for the accommodation for

the period until it is so available and for any loss or damage which shall be occassioned thereby.

(g)Not to part with possessions of the property, or share it, except with members of the party shown on the booking form.

(h) Not to exceed the total number of people it sleeps, as detailed in the property booking form.

 

Should the booking conditions not be met the tenant agrees to pay any additional charges incurred and Beachstay reserve the right to enter the property and terminate the tenancy.

 

NON-AVAILABILITY OF ACCOMMODATION

If due to any occurrence beyond the control of Beachstay the property is not available as booked e.g. fire, flood, all monies paid will be refunded in full but Beachstay will not be under any further liability towards the hirer.

 

LIABILITY

Beachstay do not accept liability for any act, neglect or default on the part of the Owners, or any other person not within their employ or otherwise under their control, nor for any accident, damage, loss, injury, expense or inconvenience, whether to person or property, which the Tenants or any other person may suffer or incur arising out of, or in any way connected with the letting. In addition the Owner accepts no liability for loss of or damage to the Tenants’ possessions on the Owner’s property or land.

 

PARKING

All parking is at your own risk.
